In our consulting practice, we have repeatedly seen teams struggle to adopt devops practices. There’s a lot of information on the internet and product sites, however much of it has either a barrier to entry, or are overly simple with little appreciation of usage in a non-trivial environment — such as multiple teams or simply accommodating the different lifecycles of data and compute infrastructure.
We plan to document out approach in more depth along with providing a packaged version of our recommended starting point for terraform adoption.
